Meet Milda

Milda specialises in supporting people with a wide range of eating problems - from diagnosed eating disorders such as binge eating and bulimia, to yo-yo dieting, weight issues, emotional eating, and disordered eating patterns. She also works closely with neurodivergent clients, especially those with ADHD, helping them navigate the unique challenges neurodivergence brings to their relationship with food.

After her own experience with disordered eating and neurodivergence, as well as helping hundreds improve their relationship with food and their bodies, Milda understands that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. She uses a combination of nutritional, psychological and behavioural interventions to help people reach food freedom.

Milda holds an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from CNELM, also is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders (NCFED) and an NLP Practitioner.

Milda’s Specialist Focus areas:

Milda's approach combines nutritional, psychological, and behavioural strategies to empower clients to:

  • Reduce and eliminate disordered eating patterns (bingeing, restriction and dieting)

  • Address challenges like low energy, mood swings, gut health imbalances, and stress-related eating

  • Develop personalised tools to manage binge eating, overeating, emotional eating, and cravings

  • Build sustainable habits to restore balance around food and body image

  • Move towards lasting food freedom and self-trust.

Compassionate and evidence-based, her work is focused on supporting each individual at their own pace. Even if they've tried for years and decades, Milda helps them not just change what they eat, but transform how they feel about food and themselves.

Milda lives in the countryside with her partner, their dog and two cats and loves spending time exploring the outdoors and travelling. In her previous career Milda was a sommelier in London with experience in some Michelin-star restaurants. After going through several burnouts, she has embraced slow living, a deeper connection with nature, and meditation as daily practices. In her free time, she can often be found trying out new recipes, tending to her dahlias, or enjoying a long hike in the forest.
